Mona Martine graduated with a BA in Parks and Recreation Administration from CSUC in 1991, with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation, Special Populations. Mona has enjoyed almost twenty years working in the Therapeutic Recreation field with varying job descriptions. Mona teaches aquatic classes in a therapy pool at a physical rehabilitation hospital. As part of the team at Therapeutic Solutions she has made her main focus with patients: self-care, meditation, relaxation, art activities, creativity, heart math, heart coherence program, laughter yoga, leisure counseling, education and carry-over of long term goals into routine lifestyle changes.
